Signing two copies of the deed, you will keep one copy, and the RRCA will hold a second copy. You must also fill out a contact sheet.
You will be added to the RRCA’s mailing list so you remain informed about meetings, updates, and events.
Purchasing a Gravestone
The Rombout Rural Cemetery Association does not sell gravestones. Several local gravestone carvers and sellers provide excellent stones if you need a gravestone.
We require that gravestones be made of natural stones in natural colors and their placement conform with the cemetery’s existing placement of gravestones. Final form and design is subject to the Board’s approval.
Gravestones can be installed at any time. We ask for ten (10) days advanced notice before a foundation is poured or a stone is installed so that a trustee can be present for the work.
